Paragraph 9 Construction traffic management planI1

No part of the authorised development may commence until a construction traffic management plan (which must be substantially in accordance with the framework construction traffic management plan) for that part has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority in writing, in consultation with the relevant highways authority, Dartford Borough Council, Kent County Council, National Highways and WRWA.

Any construction traffic management plan submitted under sub-paragraph (1) must include a construction worker travel plan (which must be substantially in accordance with the construction worker management measures included in the framework construction traffic management plan).

The construction of each part of the authorised development must be undertaken in accordance with the approved construction traffic management plan for that part.
