Paragraph 1 InterpretationI1

In this Schedule—

• “relevant planning authority”, unless as provided otherwise, means—

  1. (a)

     Lincolnshire County Council for the purposes of—

     1. (i)

        Requirement 6 (battery safety management);

     2. (ii)

        Requirement 11 (surface and foul water drainage);

     3. (iii)

        Requirement 15 (construction traffic management plan);

     4. (iv)

        Requirement 18 (public rights of way);

     5. (v)

        Requirement 19 (soils management); and

  2. (b)

     West Lindsey District Council and Bassetlaw District Council for the purposes of—

     1. (i)

        Requirement 3 (approved details and amendments to them);

     2. (ii)

        Requirement 4 (community liaison group);

     3. (iii)

        Requirement 5 (detailed design approval);

     4. (iv)

        Requirement 7 (landscape and ecological management plan);

     5. (v)

        Requirement 8 (ecological protection and mitigation strategy);

     6. (vi)

        Requirement 9 (biodiversity net gain);

     7. (vii)

        Requirement 10 (fencing and other means of enclosure);

     8. (viii)

        Requirement 13 (construction environmental management plan);

     9. (ix)

        Requirement 14 (operational environmental management plan);

     10. (x)

         Requirement 16 (operational noise);

     11. (xi)

         Requirement 20 (skills, supply chain and employment);

     12. (xii)

         Requirement 21 (decommissioning and restoration);

  3. (c)

• “relevant highway authority” means the highway authority for the highways that are the subject of a construction traffic management plan submitted pursuant to requirement 15(3).
