Article 5 Charging orders

after paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following new paragraph—

“(1A)

An application for a charging order under paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992^f1 shall be made to the court for the district in which the relevant dwelling (within the meaning of section 3 of that Act) is situated.”; and

in paragraph (2)(c), after the words “the said Act” there shall be inserted the words “of 1979”.
