Section 131 Appointment of auditors and other officers.

The Lord Chancellor may, subject to the consent of the Treasury as to numbers and salaries, appoint as officers in his department such auditors and other officers as he may consider necessary for the purpose of controlling the accounts of F1the family court or F2the county court .
