Section 2 Short title, saving and extent.

(1)
This Act may be cited as the Criminal Evidence Act 1965.
(2)
Nothing in this Act shall prejudice the admissibility of any evidence which would be admissible apart from the provisions of this Act.
(3)
This Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.
