Rule 39.5 Reference by Criminal Cases Review CommissionI1

(1)
The Registrar must serve on the appellant a reference by the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
(2)
The court must treat that reference as the appeal notice if the appellant does not serve such a notice under rule 39.2.
