Rule 50.7 Discharge where warrant withdrawnI1

(1)
This rule applies where the authority that certified the warrant gives the court officer notice that the warrant has been withdrawn—
(a)
after the start of the hearing under rule 50.5; and
(b)
before the court orders the defendant’s extradition or discharge.
(2)
The court must exercise its power to discharge the defendant.
