Regulation 15 Prosecutions by inspectors
England, Wales and Scotland
(1)
An inspector, although not of counsel or a solicitor, may prosecute before a magistrate's court proceedings for an offence under these Regulations if authorised in that behalf by F1the Office of Rail and Road.
(2)
This regulation does not apply to Scotland.
