A provider of funded non-maintained nursery education must—
adopt a curriculum for children for whom that education is provided (whether the section 13 curriculum or another curriculum the provider considers suitable), and
publish a summary of the adopted curriculum.
But a curriculum may not be adopted under this section unless it complies with the requirements in sections 20 to 24 F1....
