Section 18 Cases where custody part specified as three-quarters of prisoner's sentenceC1

(1)
This section applies where, by virtue of section 6(4)(b), the court specifies a custody part which is three-quarters of a prisoner's custody and community sentence.
(2)
Section 10(1) does not apply.
(3)
Before the expiry of the custody part—
(a)
the Scottish Ministers must refer the prisoner's case to the Parole Board, and
(b)
the Parole Board must specify conditions to be included in the prisoner's community licence.
