The Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 M1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 7(2)(a), for paragraph (ii) substitute—
“(ii)the transitional EIDR simplified Customs declaration process within the meaning given in regulation 29A(1) of the import duty regulations;”.
