In exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 6(7), 8(5),40(7) and 41 of the Data Protection Act 1984^f1 and by the Data Protection Registration Fee Order 1991^f2 and after consultation with the Registrar and with theapproval of the Treasury in accordance with the said section 40(7), Ihereby make the following Regulations:
