(a)
in the heading, omit “23A or”;
(b)
in subsection (1), omit “23A or”;
(c)
in subsection (3), for “sections 23B and 32B” substitute “ section 32B ”.
(3)
In section 77B (procedure for order of district judge: Northern Ireland)—
(a)
in the heading, omit “23A or”;
(b)
in subsection (1), omit “23A or”;
(c)
in subsection (4)—
(i)
omit “23A or”;
(ii)
for “sections 23B and 32B” substitute “ section 32B ”.
