Section 105 Application to Crown.

F1(1)

Without prejudice to the M1Crown Proceedings Act 1947 F2and subject to subsection (2) below, this Act shall bind the Crown acting in its capacity as a creditor or employer.

F3(2)

Section 70B of this Act does not affect Her Majesty in Her private capacity as an employer.
