Paragraph 16

Section 103 (means tests) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “The Chief Executive” substitute “ For the purpose of the exercise of the powers under section 100(1)(c), (d) or (e), the Secretary of State ”.

Omit subsection (2).
