Section 104 (prevention of regulatory conflict: accounts rules) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), after “conveyancer” insert “ or licensed CLC practitioner ”.

After subsection (2) insert—

“(3)

In this section “licensed CLC practitioner” means a person, other than a licensed conveyancer, who holds a licence under section 53 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.”
