The Road Traffic (Driving Instruction by Disabled Persons) Act 1993 is amended as follows.

Omit section 1 (registration of disabled persons as driving instructors).
(3)
In section 2 (licences allowing disabled persons to give instruction so as to obtain practical experience), omit subsection (4).
(4)
In the Schedule (related and consequential amendments)—
(a)
omit paragraph 5(4);
(b)
omit paragraph 6(4) and (5);
(c)
omit paragraph 7(4).
