The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(5)(c), 20(7) and (8), 24(5), 67(2) and (3) and 68(1) of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995f1, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
