Regulation 7 Income-related benefitsI1

F1in the case of income support, in accordance with paragraphs 10(1)(b) F2 , 10(2)(b) or 11, and 12 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987^f1 (applicable amounts);

in the case of income-based jobseeker’s allowance, in accordance with paragraphs 12(1)(a), (b)(ii) or (c) or 13, and 14 of Schedule 1 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996 (applicable amounts).

in the case of housing benefit, in accordance with paragraphs 10(1)(b) F4, 10(2)(b) or 11, and 12 of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987^f2 (applicable amounts);

in the case of community charge benefit, in accordance with paragraphs 11 or 12, and 13 of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Community Charge Benefits (General) Regulations 1989^f3 (applicable amounts); F5...

in the case of council tax benefit, in accordance with paragraphs F711(1)(b), 11(2)(b) or 12, and 13 of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992 or

in accordance with any provision equivalent to one of those specified in F8paragraphs F9(a) to (ca) above having effect in Northern Ireland.
