Article 3 Exceptions
England, Wales and Scotland
This Order shall not apply in relation to a movement—
(a)
licensed under the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Order 1983f1; or
(b)
to or from a zoo licensed under the Zoo Licensing Act 1981f2.
