Appendix 7 is amended as follows.

In the form—

(a)

for “European Union (*)” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b)

in the first place the words occur, for “Competent Authority” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;

(c)

in both places it occurs, for “[competent authority]” substitute “Civil Aviation Authority”;

(d)

omit the note at “(*)”;

(e)

for “EASA Form 148” substitute “CAA Form 148”.
