Paragraph 2 Open Spaces Act 1906
In section 15 of the Open Spaces Act 1906 (byelaws)f1, in subsection (2) after “England” insert “other than byelaws of a class prescribed by regulations under section 236A(1) of the Local Government Act 1972”.
