Paragraph 3 Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907

(1)

Section 9 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907 (byelaws)^f1 is amended as follows.

(2)

The existing provision becomes subsection (1).

(3)

After that provision insert—

“(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to byelaws of a class prescribed by regulations under section 236A(1) of the Local Government Act 1972.”
