Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60B(2) and (3) and 181(2)(a) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006^f1 and section 2B(5) of the Academies Act 2010^f2.

In accordance with section 182(3)(aza) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006^f3 a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
