Regulation 31 Definitions for this Part

In this Part—

• “judicial officer” means—

  1. (a)

     a Judge of the High Court;

  2. (b)

     a Circuit judge; or

  3. (c)

     a justice of the peace^f1;

• “premises” has the meaning given by section 23 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984;

• “the Tribunal” means the Claims Management Services Tribunal established by section 12 of the Act.
