Article 8 Consequential amendments to sections 21, 77, 77A, 77B, 86B and 95B of the Act

(1)

In section 21(6) of the Act^f1—

(a)

omit paragraph (a) (including “and” at the end of that paragraph); and

(b)

in paragraph (b), for “that Act” substitute “the Energy Act 2011”.

(2)

In sections 77(2A), 77A(2A), 77B(7A), 86B(12A)(b)(iii) and 95B(1)(b) of the Act^f2, omit “(within the meaning of section 1 of the Energy Act 2011)”.
