The Disclosure (Persons engaged in the Investigation and Reporting of Crime or Sudden Deaths) (Scotland) Regulations 2011^f1 is amended as follows.

In the Schedule—

(a)

under the heading “Executive bodies”, after the entry for “Historic Environment Scotland”, insert—

“Information Commission”;

(b)

under the heading “Commissioners”, omit the entry for “Information Commissioner”.
