The Charities (Disclosure of Information to Designated Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2020f1 is amended as follows.

In the Schedule, under the heading “Other public bodies and office holders”—
(a)
after the entry for “Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs”, insert—
“The Information Commission”;
(b)
omit the entry for “The Information Commissioner”.
