Article 10 Enforcement

A requirement imposed on a supplier by this Order shall be treated as a relevant requirement–

(a)

if the supplier is a gas supplier, for the purposes of Part 1 of the Gas Act 1986^f1;

(b)

if the supplier is an electricity supplier, for the purposes of Part 1 of the Electricity Act 1989^f2.
