Paragraph 9 Settlement costs levy refund

(1)

The Settlement Body must calculate the amount (“SCLR_sy”) of the refund payable to each electricity supplier (“S”) who has paid a settlement costs levy payment in a relevant financial year (“year Y”) in accordance with the formula—

S C L R_{s y} = (A R - S C) \times \frac{S C L P_{s y}}{\sum_{s} S C L P_{s y}} .

In this paragraph—

“AR” and “SC” have the meanings given in regulation 10;
“SCLP_sy” means the amount of settlement costs levy paid by S in respect of year Y.
