Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation
(1)
These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Rights (Amendment, Revocation and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2023.
(2)
These Regulations come into force on 1st January 2024.
(3)
Subject to paragraph (4), these Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
(4)
This Part and Part 5 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(5)
In these Regulations the “1998 Regulations” means the Working Time Regulations 1998f1.
