In the Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) (Scottish Inshore Region) Order 2011^f1, in article 18B (sediment sampling)—

for “controlled activity” substitute “water activity”,

(ii)

for “Part II of the Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011” substitute “the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018^f2”,

(b)

for paragraph (5) substitute—

“(5)

“Water activity” in this article has the meaning given to it in regulation 4 of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”.
