(a)

omit “The Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011”,

(b)

after “The Water Environment (Remedial Measures) (Scotland) Regulations 2016”, insert “The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018.”.
