The Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraphs (2) to (3).

Schedule 23 (organic solvent emissions activities) of the Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018^f2.”.
