Paragraph 11 Consequential amendments to primary legislation

In section 230(2)(b) of the Charities Act 2011^f1 (Commission to consult appropriate registrar and others), for “Financial Services Authority” substitute “Financial Conduct Authority and, if the society is a PRA-authorised person within the meaning of section 2B of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Prudential Regulation Authority”.
