in Part A, 2 (hygiene provisions), in paragraph 3, for “Community and national” substitute “United Kingdom”.

(b)

in Part B—

(i)

for paragraph 1, substitute—

“1.

Guides referred to in Article 7 of this Regulation should contain guidance on good hygiene practice for the control of hazards in primary production and associated operations.”;

(ii)

in paragraph 2, at the beginning, for “Community and national legislation or national and Community”, substitute “United Kingdom legislation”.
