Regulation 56 Eligible complaints – breach of the disclosure and acknowledgment provisions
An eligible complaint in respect of a breach of the disclosure and acknowledgment provisions is a complaint—
(a)
by the recipient to the green deal provider; and
(b)
which the provider is required to handle under the code of practice.
