The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12ZB(1), (2) and (3) and 272(7) and (8) of the National Health Service Act 2006f1 and section 182 of the Health and Care Act 2022f2.

A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 272(6)(zze)f3 of the National Health Service Act 2006 and was approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
