Regulation 28 Amendment of regulation 50 (duty to co-operate)

in paragraph (1)(a), after “the Treasury”, insert “, the registrar”;

in paragraph (1)(b), after “supervisory authorities”, insert “, the registrar”;

after paragraph (4), insert—

A reference to the registrar in this regulation is to the registrar of companies within the meaning of section 1060(3) of the Companies Act 2006^f2.”.
