in paragraph (1)(b), omit “or”;

in paragraph (1)(c), for “functions.” substitute “functions; or”;

after paragraph (1)(c), insert—

“(d)

the functions of the investigator appointed under section 84 of the Financial Services Act 2012^f2 in relation to the complaints scheme, within the meaning of that section.”;

in paragraph (1A), for “(e) or (f)” substitute “(e), (f) or (g)”;

in paragraph (1B), for “(e) or (f)” substitute “(e), (f) or (g)”;

after paragraph (5)(f), insert—

“(g)

the investigator appointed under section 84 of the Financial Services Act 2012 in relation to the complaints scheme, within the meaning of that section.”.
