Paragraph 3 The Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 1983

In regulation 8 of the Consumer Credit (Agreements) Regulations 1983^f1 (application of regulations), in paragraph (1A)(b) after “regulations” insert “other than residential renovation agreements”.
