Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 96(2) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

NORTHERN IRELAND

Coming into force 2001

Whereas a draft of this Order has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;

And whereas I have, in accordance with section 7(1) and (2)(h) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000^f1, consulted the Electoral Commission about these Regulations;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 34(4) and 35(1) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998^f2, I hereby make the following Order:—
