The Official Controls (Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2020^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4, omit “and EU member States”.

In regulation 6(1)—

(a)

in the opening words, for “a competent authority of a member State as provided for in Article 104,” substitute “another competent authority”;

(b)

in paragraph (a), for “a competent authority of a member State” substitute “that other competent authority”.

(4)

Omit regulation 6(2).
