The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In Schedule 1 (prescribed offences: relevant enactments), for “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
