Paragraph 6 The Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991

The Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In the Table in regulation 2 (transfer notes), in the third entry in column 1, for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
