Paragraph 15 Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (Designation of Partner Bodies) Order 2006

In article 2 of the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (Designation of Partner Bodies) Order 2006^f1 (partner bodies), after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

an integration joint board established under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014 for an area of a local authority which is comprised within the area of the community justice authority;”.
