Paragraph 16 Additional Support for Learning (Appropriate Agencies) (Scotland) Order 2005

In article 2 of the Additional Support for Learning (Appropriate Agencies) (Scotland) Order 2005^f1 (appropriate agencies) —

(a)

the word “and” immediately following paragraph (b) is omitted, and

(b)

after paragraph (c) insert—

“; and

(d)
an integration joint board established under section 9(2) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014.”.
