Regulation 36 Disapplication of enactments

The following provisions of the 1991 Act are disapplied in relation to specified works in specified streets—

(a)

section 53 (the street works register)^f1;

(b)

section 54 (advance notice of certain works)^f2;

(c)

section 55 (notice of starting date of works)^f3;

(d)

section 56 (power to give directions as to timing of street works)^f4;

(e)

section 57 (notice of emergency works)^f5; and

(f)

section 66 (avoidance of unnecessary delay or obstruction)^f6.
