Article 30 Statutory undertakersI1

England and Wales

Subject to Schedule 12 (protective provisions), the undertaker may—

(a)

acquire compulsorily the land belonging to statutory undertakers within the Order land;

(b)

extinguish or suspend the rights of or restrictions for the benefit of, and remove or reposition the apparatus belonging to, statutory undertakers on, under or within the Order land; and

(c)

create and acquire compulsorily the new rights over land belonging to statutory undertakers within the Order land.
