Paragraph 14 Flood risk mitigationI1

The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the flood risk assessment.

In relation to any part of the authorised development comprised in numbered work 3A, no development of that part may commence until the flood mitigation channel comprised in that numbered work has been completed.
